From January 2002 till February 2006 we ran a Monthly Chess Competition where we featured the best game from web visitors illustrating good Chess techniques. As we have now featured 50 visitor's games, the competition is now closed. All 50 winning games can be seen on our Game of the Month webpage.
Douglas and Ian live and play chess in Scotland. A number of our website visitors have said they would like to come and see Scotland. To provide a flavour of the country we have put a few of our own photographs at the bottom of some of our pages. Each photo shows either a view of Scotland or has a connection to chess.
